Welcome to Construction Management Certification(CMC). By accessing or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of the digital products offered on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and CMC.

2. Digital Products & Access

Our products are digital goods, which include, but are not limited to, downloadable files, courses, templates, and other digital content. Upon the successful completion of your purchase and payment, you are granted immediate and complete access to the product’s contents. This access is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. The Crucial Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy is in effect because, upon the moment of purchase, the customer is granted full and immediate access to the entire content of the digital product. The act of downloading, viewing, or otherwise accessing the product’s files or content constitutes the full delivery of the service. We cannot, therefore, revoke access to a product once it has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. You waive any right to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, a change of mind, or failure to use the product.

4. Stronger Language to Acknowledge Agreement

Your purchase and use of our digital products serve as your explicit and unequivocal agreement to these terms. This is a crucial element of our agreement to prevent disputes. You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or a dispute with your payment provider based on a claim of non-delivery, product dissatisfaction, or any other reason, as you have received what you purchased in full at the time of the transaction. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy will be considered a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the funds and any associated fees.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality content, we do not warrant that the products will meet your specific needs or expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

CMC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
